1. Acceptance
By accessing pharmakinetics.com or placing an order with Pharma Kinetics LLC (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Editorial Content
PharmaKinetics provides educational and reference content about research peptides and small molecules. The content is not medical advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no warranty of completeness, currency, or fitness for any specific purpose. See our Research Disclaimer.
3. PK AI Search
PK AI Search uses third-party large-language-model providers (Anthropic; OpenAI as a fallback) to generate responses. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You should verify any factual claim against primary literature before relying on it for research or any other purpose.
4. No Sale of Research Compounds
PharmaKinetics does not sell, distribute, or supply any peptide, protein, or small-molecule research compound described in the editorial Compound Index. Inclusion of a compound in the catalog does not constitute an endorsement of any supplier or formulation.
5. Sale of Lab Essentials Products
The Lab Essentials section of the site offers laboratory consumables (sterile water, sharps containers, alcohol prep pads, and similar supplies) for sale. These products are intended for use in qualified research environments. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the products will be used for lawful research purposes.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. in U.S. dollars. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Stripe Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. By submitting payment information you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including products, shipping, and any applicable taxes.
We do not store credit card numbers or CVV values on our servers; card data is tokenized and held by Stripe. The descriptor that appears on your bank or card statement will read PHARMAKINETIC.
7. Order Acceptance and Pricing
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, ineligible purchaser, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the full amount through Stripe within five (5) business days.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but are not bound by pricing errors.
8. Shipping
Lab Essentials products are shipped to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 per order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days; delivery times vary by carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Returns and Refunds
Unused, unopened Lab Essentials products may be returned for a refund (less original shipping) within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Damaged or defective items should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange replacement or refund.
Sterile single-use items that have been opened are not returnable for safety reasons. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically post within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on your card issuer.
10. User Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Intellectual Property
The site content, branding, and structure are the property of Pharma Kinetics LLC. You may quote short passages for non-commercial academic purposes with attribution. All other use requires our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site, editorial content, PK AI Search, and Lab Essentials products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharma Kinetics LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
