Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to Pharma Kinetics LLC (“PharmaKinetics,” “we”), an Arizona limited liability company headquartered at 15333 North Pima Road, Suite 305, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers — name and email when you contact us, subscribe to newsletters, or create an account.
- Billing and shipping information — when you place an order for Lab Essentials products: billing name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email.
- Payment information — collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. See “Payment Processing” below.
- Order history — products purchased, order totals, dates, and order status.
- Search queries submitted to PK AI Search, used to improve the service.
- Internet activity — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar information collected via standard server logs and tracking technologies.
How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill your Lab Essentials orders.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send order confirmations, receipts, shipping updates, and other transactional emails.
- To improve PK AI Search and the editorial content of the database.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
All credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor). When you check out, your payment details are transmitted directly from your browser to Stripe over an encrypted connection. PharmaKinetics receives only a tokenized reference to the payment, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand — never the full card number or CVV.
If you choose Stripe Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay at checkout, those wallets handle the credential exchange directly with Stripe. Your interaction is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and the wallet provider’s own terms.
Email Delivery (Mailgun)
Transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, password resets) and marketing emails (if you’ve opted in) are delivered through Mailgun, an email-infrastructure service operated by Sinch Email. Mailgun processes your email address and the contents of the message for the sole purpose of delivery and is bound by its Privacy Policy and data-processing terms.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients and only as necessary to deliver our service:
- Stripe — payment authorization, capture, and fraud detection.
- Mailgun — transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) — your shipping name and address so that your Lab Essentials order can be delivered.
- AI inference providers (Anthropic; OpenAI as a fallback) — your PK AI Search queries are sent to these providers to generate responses. Queries are not used for model training under our service terms.
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and security vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Cookies and Tracking
We use first-party cookies to maintain your shopping cart, login session, and order context. Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page for fraud detection and to power Stripe Link (one-tap saved cards). You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (cart, checkout) will not function correctly without them.
Data Retention
We retain order records for at least seven years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting requirements. Customer account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Payment tokens stored at Stripe are retained per Stripe’s own retention policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly sell Lab Essentials products to minors.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notice on the site or by email.
